Research question: How should we govern/manage the mesh network and infrastructure?
The purpose is to find out:
• Which roles and responsibilities are there.
• Who can take on those roles and responsibilities.
• How collaboration with other (e.g., private and public) actors will look.
• How to keep control of the network as citizens: ensure autonomy, chaos & freedom in designing rules, boundaries, and in participation.
